Debbie Tot is the heart and soul of Elements Salon & Spa. Experienced in all aspects of the beauty business, Debbie has worked in the industry for more than 28 yrs. She always works directly with her guests as well as coaches and mentors her team. Debbie continues to inspire and share her knowledge, teaching at Georgian College.

She believes in finely tuned personal communication skills, over the top passion, commitment to education & a keen understanding of the beauty industry. Debbie is an corrective colour technician & business owner with a long list of community involvement & volunteer experience.

She prides herself on her commitment to world class customer service & instills that in the culture of the team at Elements Salon & Spa.
